Spare parts are easy to find around Colombo. There are some places in panchikawatte who specialize on mazda parts and Mazna motors Aththidiya has stocks available for any body or engine parts. Fuel economy would be 8-9 kmpl for an Automatic within city limits and above 11 away from city. it would do about a 1-2 kmpl more for a manual one. Second hand market is not bad. Would be the same as FB15, 110 etc.

Are you actually experiencing high fuel consumption or did you just assume because the ECO light is not indicating? If not, it may just be a blown indicator bulb. I don't know Japanese, but Google Translate says that text means "System Setting" in English.

Spanner indicator usually means that a service is due. How many Kms/months ago did you change engine oil and perform a general service? The oil indicator means that engine oil pressure has been detected to be low. This can be due to low engine oil level, a faulty oil pressure switch or a failing oil pump. Given that the car has done only 30K (assuming the mileage is genuine), it's unlikely that the oil pump is faulty. Did you check your engine oil level? As for the scanner freezing, it maybe due to an issue with the scanner itself. So go to a different garage (or better, the agent) and get it scanned again.
