  1. No. If you read the notice on the recall by Honda Japan they have said that the issue MAY occur. It all depends on the individual specimen. For example I know a particular fit that is in the recall chasis range that has done 130,000km without a hitch. 2 of my friends and I have cars in the recall range but none have given trouble to this point having done 60000,70000 and 55000 so it all depends on the car you buy. Your friend can use it as a bargaining point.

  2. I think you can even find a first owner 141 with proper maintenance records as most of them came for permit. Also there are diesel 141s, if you are interested. (As I remember they were like 34laks for permit in 2008)

  3. 141s after 2010 or so had an engine update with Dual VVti engine. It does better on fuel compared to 2007/8 ones. Looks good too.

  4. Still amazed after all these years as to how a simple high end tweeter can change how an average car audio kit sounds!

  5. buying a 121 in 2018 is like going on a date with Sumana Gomes. Seriously - i went car hunting 3 years ago and i checked out dozens and dozens of these cars almost all the 121's were abused piles of crap painted over with horrible plastic 'G' badges stuck here and there. Allions were slightly better off but still worn out...the 141s were actually quite good. To me it's a no brainer 9 out of 10 time's I'd pick the 141 ...on the 10th I'd pick a 141.

  7. didn't know that. However, still the same market perception is there for 61- vehicles. For some odd reason SUVs registered as dual purpose vehicles (50 series) has a less market value as well. Strange but anyone who doesn't give two hoots about it can enjoy a good ride for somewhat lesser.

  10. Let's get into the question, If you looking at a original Pajero imported around 1992,most of them imported as B/N to SL and fitted with 4D56 or 4D56T engine (may be with 40M40 - 2.8) They both pretty bullet proof and 4D56 is one of the variance Mitsubishi produce for a long period of time. Parts are plenty and easy to find With my experience with 4D56T fuel about 9Km/l (Delica P25 4WD) and 4M40 is about 7km/l (L400 4WD) 4D56T running with timing belt (2 belts) and 4M40 with timing chain (you need to change them tho) 1st GEN pajero, i am sure fitted with 4D56 or 56T but later body fitted with engines transplanted with Intercool model but i haven't heard any with factory 4M40 Please check the book with RMV before buy as you will see plenty "cut but" Good luck JC

  15. This is epic, if you ask the manufacturer about computer body i am sure they replies "We never made a one call computer body" or "Palath saba" I am sure pmanu referring to V3x series (possibly V31) f**k s*ake, if you look at from the side of 1992 Pajero you will see the a look of the monitor as the high roof start from 2nd raw seats onwards so for SL grease monkeys computer is = monitor so they start calling this computer body. Check the below link for the correct computer + body https://ibb.co/k4aJrn
