  2. They now deal only with Pug, so the Sales team would,nt get you mixed with them. Sadly ,they wouldn't recognize a potential customer even if they tripped over one.

  4. @Hyaenidaeguess u are one of the lucky chaps mate, unfortunately i hv tried Turtle Ice, Eagle one both turned out to be in the same boat. As your car is new chances are ur paint work offers the shine rather than the wax doing it, Yes the water beading retains as u said on both roughly a month but a paste wax last longer. On the paste front i hv tried 99Soft, AutoGlym, Maguiers & finally Chemical Guys of which the last one did it for me. Last 3 products are a bit expensive BUT if you do the prep work and follow certain procedures not only applying wax like claying as well, these 3 products will give a longer deeper colour and will last far longer 99Soft remarkably does a very good job (not the crap one i read somewhere) water beading a depth of shine also works well. @K.o.N.o.SIF your car is an old one with the paint on a dull colour, i would suggest a cut & polish from a good place and then get the car home, choose a good product and get the job done.

  5. Spray waxes dont last as long as paste, its good if ur at a car meet n want that quick shine...again this would be a bad idea as u just drove ur car n fine dust can scratch the paint work. use the two bucket wash method to prep the car for polishing n wax. like mentioned above by @Twin Turbo how long it should be will be according to the wax brand or type u use, mostly few minutes n buff it off. Commonly we are used to applying wax and removing in circular motion but, i would suggest a up n down movement to avoid any fine swirl marks (also apply's to washing n soap)

  8. hello guys, I had the same issue. Driving at night and rainy days was like killing, I was driving like a blind person with a huge risk sometimes. I was about to replace my windscreen. Suddenly found this place near Moratuwa. Took my car at night and he did a small part of the windscreen. Result was amazing. Next day I took my car and spend nearly 4-5 hours. All wiper scratches gone. But small chip marks are there which no one can remove. And they applied a Nano coating to protect the glass from Rain (like RainX). Trust me, he did a great job. The cost is 5k for the whole glass (it depend on the nature of scratches and size of the glass). If you want to contact him, please PM me to get his contact details. Cheers !

  9. I own a Lancer EX, I'm pretty sure it's made in Japan. Even all the user manuals are printed in Japan. Chassis code says the same: Identification paper on the windscreen when the car was imported from Japan And it doesn't have a carburetor - seriously, whoever told you that has no idea what he is talking about.

  11. Correct. I can't believe people think a 2008+ regular Japanese car comes with carburettor a engine. Even most of the previous generation (2002+) came with EFI. My father was maintaining the Demio at the agents and decided to switch to Mazna after so many blunders (missing dash trims, broken AC vents etc.), poor workmanship (power steering repair didn't even last a month, their tune ups don't even include a diagnostic scan). Mazna on the other hand was able to fix the power steering, carry out body repair to perfection and maintain the car to our satisfaction. I honestly think they're better than the agent. Just my 2 cents.
