Presently constructions of the Kurunegala interchange is underway. Which is located behind P&S in the Kandy-Kurunegala road just after Kurunegala Station. I visited the site twice and you can see a massive concrete bridge girder manufacturing yard too. According to the engineers at site, current allocations are only up to the Muttetugala Station in Colombo-Dambulls road. They have started constructions between Pothuhera and Kurungeala stretch also. Google Satellite images have not been updated since the start of constructions, otherwise could get a better idea.

Those permits should be used to bring down higher duty vehicles such as a Prado / Montero which attract absurd duty due to their higher capacity engines. If you have Rs. 30 M go ahead and buy the RR they have never been so cheaper.

Most of the manufacturers recommend the first service to be done at 1000km not 2000. Personally I would recommend taking a Honda to stafford. I have noticed how monkeys at auto miraj treat customers cars. I wouldnt take a car there under any circumstance except for washing.
