  1. If it happened after replacement of wheel knuckle then all you need is a simple wheel alignment but certainly not at a place where you have those bozos (who doesn't have any idea of simple geometry) staring at a computer screen. I am a bit surprised why the agent ignored to do the alignment after knuckle replacement. In fact you should have complained to them at that time cos it was their duty to check for proper alignment once they meddled with suspension parts.

  4. What are these needle like things? In tire manufacturing process , when polymer mixture enter in to the mould it has to deair. (The air inside the mould has to move out with minimum entering of polymer mix to tiny de-airing tunnels). Hence these small rubber needles are useless excess rubber came out from tire and not better idea to measure the tire wearing 100% . Simply these needle like rubber particles may worn out in different way how they touch with the road. Additionally you better to check the depth of grooves in suspected area for better understanding. Then if you feel tire wearing is uneven, take the vehicle to Unit#d Mot#rs-Orugodawatta and and show them and also do wheel alignment there. And as far as In know, when UM replaced a part by them, there is a warranty for six months. Check the replaced part and still the problem may with some other part.

  5. This adjustment cannot be adjusted by a simple wheel alignment . why dont you take your car to unimo again and tell them about this problem since it came after they changed the knuckle. maybe someone messed up something during the repair

  7. The 1.0L Boosterjet with Mild Hybrid is not available in Japan. HOWEVER, it is actually available in India ! So the Maruti Suzuki Swift most probably will come with that in to SL. The particular power train was first put in the Ciaz. For now there seems to be no indication that the 1.)L BoosterJet will get the Mild Hybrid treatment either. So if the local agent plays its cards right they might sell ship loads of the Maruti Suzuki Swift. The power trains available for the Swift are 1.0L Turbo, 1.2L Mild Hybrid, 1.2L Full Hybrid and 1.4L Turbo for the Sports variant. Test drove the first three and to be honest around town the 1.2L Hybrids were much more peppier in the city. Not to say the 1.0L turbo was bad in anyway....it was just toned down to be somewhat civilized and cozy. The Hybrids had the instantaneous torque feel of the motors that made it a bit more tingly in the pants. The RS variants had a bit more harder suspension so that helped too. The XBee (to bee read as CROSS-bee) in Japan is being introduced as the HUSTLER's wide body variant. This will be the first 1.0L Booster jet with Mild hybrid to be introduced in Japan. Saw it at the Tokyo Motorshow and it did have a somewhat nicer finish than the Hustler. It was quite conveniently placed right next to a Hustler and the XBee looked a lot more sleeker and lower due to its wider stance.

  8. You can be correct. This particular batch is not available in the Japanese domestic versions. According to them only version with 1.0 L is RSt, which is non-hybrid. All the other versions are 1.2 L - 4 cylinder.
