  2. Interesting drawings and pics of some cars seem to be circulating ahead of the NY Motorshow... For starters this is supposed to be the PHV Prius. This particular one is supposed to be spec'd for the north American market. There is no news as to what the Japanese version would be like. Personally this one looks a lot more bearable to look at than the Japanese spec Hybrid variant

  3. *Galant good car but Spare parts arnt the easiest to find, but overall a great car *Bluebird, if you going for a Petrol then its okay but a diesel feels like driving a dinky boat *Theres no such thing as a T190 series carina after 1995. what your looking at is a T210 Series but those fetch over 1.7M now * Best bet for you is a AE110 which will fulfull all your criteria.. That said i am Confused on why a Lancer CK2 is not in the list.

  4. I guess a brand new honda coil pack cost around 12k I'm not sure. But if the pump replacement didn't help you should pay attention to the replaced one.If the pump was so bad you would occur start up problems.Did the garage guy did a ecu scan?If there is any sensor errors it could have figured it.I had a problem like this before the culprit was MAF sensor but didn't detect on ecu.

  5. As Davy pointed out, my guess is there is something related to IACV..Ask your mechanic to clean up the IACV as well.

  7. +1 for checking coil packs. Failing ignition coils usually start giving erratic ignition when the engine warms up. As part of the fuel system clean-up, I assume the Idle Air Control valve and MAF sensor were cleaned as well.

  8. Have you done any repair like Tappets adjustments recently ? Are you noticing any noise difference of the engine apart from the engine miss?

  9. Went to the garage yesterday and the conclusion by them was, this is due to loosen springs in the clutch plate. When engine getting hot these springs reduce their tension and start making noise. I'm not too sure about the statement and they said nothing to worry and I can continue with the sound until the clutch replacement as it is point less of removing the clutch only due to this. Is this ok to run like this? Will this damage any other parts such as Flywheel or Bell housing? Experts please help.
