  2. Yes I too think that's a sticker. Or better you can get down a full crome plated grille which fits on the standard bumper. But nothing comes close to the Fortis look IMO. It has a totally unique bumper and a shell.

  3. Whatever you do avoid the diesel. There are only a handful of cars here. We owned one (purchased un-reg almost brand new) and it was one of the most unreliable cars we've ever owned. The timing belt kept snapping on a regular basis and the engine went bust requiring a full re-build at a very low mileage. Can't recall the exact figure now. The agents (you know who) were quite spaced out about it and told us all the other diesels were not even running. I'm guessing that batch of cars had some defect (probably fixed by recall in EU) and some mods might have sorted this but we had lost patience.

  4. Members, To my knowledge any Hybrid battery can be repaired, I have a relative of mine who is using a Hybrid car 2005 in USA. Who has come to SL for his holidays? I had a long chat with him yesterday, about H/B Battery he has relapsed number of times Battery cells by himself. He informs me it has to be done very carefully. He is very knowledgeable person who was with AT&T as a Telecom engineer now retreaded. He has all tools and meters to do same. He informed me to go through you tube of Hybrid battery repair. In time to come SL electricians will start repairing Hybrid batteries. I remember when we first had TV, all leading TV dealers used to give one to one if any TV gives trouble.Today there are thousands of TV repairers. Sylvi wijesinghe.
