  1. And talking about Minis, how's this for a small world. In an AL post a while back I mentioned my old and much-loved 66 Mini - Moke that I had owned 68-70. A couple of weeks back AL admin kindly forwarded me a mail from a guy in England who has recently bought the remains of the car and is rebuilding it with the intention of having it ready in 2014 for the 50th anniversary of the Mokes' 1964 market launch. Brought a lump to my throat as I remembered the fun the car had provided. Tempting me back into the Mini market - and that after I swore that my Triumph 2500 rebuild was going to be my last car renovation ever....suspect the wife will kill me!

  2. That;s the dumbest statement I heard. Minis are NOT weekenders... and no, they are NOT unreliable. Find a good one, do all the maintenance on time and u got a nice daily runner on hand.

  3. Why bother, I don't think ip5 offers much over 4s or any other newer phone including s3, nokia l920, razr hd etc. The premise looked jaded..

  8. 'Magnum', Re your post I have read on web positive and negative answers on the said subject. I have a reason for that. Some times the moderator might delete this post also mentioning. IT is not relevant to the Topic. Therefore I will PM to you THE SAME TEXT. I once had a MG car with a Redex uppercylinder LUBROCHARGER fitted by the original owner. This was fitted to lubricate the cylinders. I at that time used do 3000 miles traveling, for a month long distance for my work in distance towns around Ceylon. I never had any problems in the engine for 125000 miles until I sold same. Now that lubricator Redex is not available in S L. I will give you the web link for your reference. http://www.derek.com.au/redex.html Sylvi Wijesinghe.
